One Day Outbound Management Program

It may not be possible for clients to spare a large number of employees from work over a long period of time. Recognizing this difficulty and keeping in mind the varied needs of organizations, we conduct specific training capsules that are non-residential and for this shorter duration of one day. Emphasizing the requirements and desired outcomes needed by corporate such non-residential programs are offered either at offsites or as a part of in house training program and seminars. A co-ordinator conducts the same. Important topics like effective communications / personality development / leadership quality development / motivation / group behavior are focused during this program. The advantage of utilizing our services is that the whole programs are tailor-made as per the requirements of your organizations. We have good and experienced trainers and faculty at our disposal.

Two Days Outbound Management Programs

We also conduct a one night / two days OMPs which starts with a module on Yoga and meditation. It includes team building games, talks on management topics like personality development / leadership quality development / corporate ethics / corporate communications / motivation / managing your personal finances / and many more. These programs are conducted in the lap of nature. It also includes a night walk through the thick woods and many more.

In-house Management Program

We also have our own training centre. Incase your training room is busy, we can conduct the same in our own training room with an additional cost.

The program can be tailored according to your requirements. This training is restricted to 25 participants at a time.

One Day Recreation Excursion- A holiday with a difference

We offer outbound programs to corporates to enjoy a holiday with a difference both non-residential as well as residential holidays at beautiful locations for durations as required by the corporate. Such programs would include adventure activities, fun simulations, trails and treks and a lot more to make this event memorable.
In addition to the above we provide logistics and support for organizing offsite seminars, conferences and meetings
